It can be divided into specific sections.
You also have the option of setting a minimum and maximum duration for each section, or you can completely disable this tool.

  • You can listen to and watch each candidate on your computer screen, without inviting him/her for an actual face to face interview.
  • You can limit and control the length of the interview.
  • You only have to setup the interview options for all candidates applying for that position once.

  • opportunity to highlight certain aspects of a candidate’s personality and attitudes which cannot be adequately expressed by a text-based resume or CV.
  • effective and rapid evaluation and assessment possibilities ( e.g. fluency in a foreign language, communication skills etc.)



4. ADDITIONAL TOOLS

 

Additional tools for candidates to express themselves: presentation letter and attachment (optional)

  • The candidates can also use presentation letter, which is also a searchable (indexed) field. You can also give candidates the option of attaching an external file (doc, pdf, swf etc.) so that they can show examples of their work, certificates etc.
